Maverick's View

A maverick has independent, unusual opinions. It is a negative term; someone difficult to handle; or not a good ‘team player’. Actually ‘mavericks’ challenge status quo and are needed for the well-being of organizations. ‘My gun-sight’ implies the individual perceptions of each soldier going through the same battle. It is the same with a group of journalists covering the same incident. Here, I have presented only my perspective of experiences.
